Ric Rodríguez, Executive Consultant


Ric Rodriguez comes to O’Meara, Ferguson, Whelan, & Conway after serving as consultant for the Good Samaritan Foundation, the largest faith based senior care organization in the country. His experience of over 20 years with the non-profit sector includes program planning, fiscal management, human resources, strategic planning, training, capital campaigns, annual fund development and research.

Ric has taught as a guest lecturer at University of Chicago’s Graham School of General Studies, St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX, The Fund Raising School – Indiana University, and has presented at various professional conferences on Stewardship and resource development.

Among his diversity in the field of philanthropy, Ric co-authored a book “From Personal Charity to Organized Giving: Hispanic Institutions and Values of Stewardship and Philanthropy”, and is the author of various articles, and planning reports on stewardship and philanthropy

As the lead consultant for the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, Ricardo developed Resource Development Training Centers for faith based organizations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago and San Antonio.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, He brings practical experience working with various dioceses, religious communities, faith based organizations, and the most current knowledge to his consulting work.
