Albert J. Holder, S.T.L., J.D., Managing Director, Administration and Legal Affairs
As an attorney with prior experience and credentials both as a parish director of religious education and graduate of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome (the “Angelicum”), Albert joins O’Meara Ferguson with a unique skillset. Prior to joining O’Meara Ferguson, Mr. Holder worked at Robert Allen Law in Miami, Florida serving as outside corporate counsel to companies in a variety of industries including charitable corporations. In addition, he currently serves on the U.S. board of an international charity called Mary’s Meals, which feeds over 800,000 children daily in a place of education. Mr. Holder assists the organization with state and federal regulatory compliance issues as well as dealing with the complexity of charitable giving in an international context. Before his position with Robert Allen Law, Mr. Holder served as the Director of Religious Education at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Mobile, Alabama and as an adjunct theology faculty member at Spring Hill College. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, S.T.L in moral theology from the Angelicum, and J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law.
