Mr. Frank Ferguson
Managing Director, Client Operations, O’Meara, Ferguson, Whelan, and Conway
Frank Ferguson is responsible for the firm’s client operations and engagements involving strategic planning, financial management, and capital financing. Prior to joining O’Meara Ferguson, Mr. Ferguson was the Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy for Marriott International where he was responsible for the design and implementation of new sales strategies, processes, and organization structures. As part of his efforts at Marriott, Mr. Ferguson led the implementation of the company’s largest transformation project, which included the reorganization and redeployment of over 10,000 sales and service delivery personnel and the integration of new sales force automation systems that now manage over $3 billion in sales.
Before joining Marriott, Mr. Ferguson was a partner at the consulting firm of Putnam, Hayes and Bartlett, Inc., where he specialized in strategic planning, deregulation, organization development, and staffing. Previously a principal at the firm Tim D. Martin & Associates, Mr. Ferguson focused on process reengineering, benchmarking and best practices, and organization development across a variety of regulated industries. He was also an associate with the consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc.
Mr. Ferguson holds a B.S. degree in Economics with honors from Villanova University and an M.B.A in International Business also with honors from George Mason University.
